The observation:a human problem, not a technical one.
Over the years, I've reviewed hundreds of quotes. Hard to read, incomplete, sometimes too technical for a client who isn't from the trade.
Decisions are often made in doubt, under time pressure, or simply based on price. That's usually where problems start: a forgotten line item, an imprecise finish, a poorly split deposit, or vaguely defined services.
